Terms of Service

Effective as of April 2026.

By accessing or using https://www.oncamchat.com ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these Terms you must not use the Service. The materials and software contained in this Service are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

1. Eligibility and 18+ Requirement

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that the use of adult content is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you are entering into these Terms on your own behalf. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and the associated data is deleted.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used unlawfully.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not, and may not encourage others to:

  1. harass, threaten, defame, stalk or impersonate any person;
  2. post or transmit unlawful, sexually exploitative, racist, hateful or otherwise objectionable content;
  3. upload, broadcast or share any content involving minors in any sexual context — such content will be reported to law enforcement and to the relevant national hotlines (e.g. NCMEC, INHOPE);
  4. record, screen-capture, redistribute or commercially exploit any video, audio or image transmitted by another user without that user's explicit consent;
  5. scrape, crawl, mass-download or otherwise systematically extract data from the Service;
  6. circumvent, interfere with or disrupt the Service's security mechanisms, rate limits or content moderation;
  7. upload malware, viruses or any code designed to disrupt the Service or other users' devices;
  8. use the Service to send spam, unsolicited commercial communications or pyramid schemes;
  9. resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

"User Content" means anything you post, upload, transmit or broadcast through the Service, including posts, comments, quotes, media uploads and live video / audio streams. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes (e.g. transcoding, thumbnailing), display and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content, except for cached or backup copies which are removed in the regular rotation, and except for copies that other users have lawfully shared further (e.g. quote posts) which remain visible until deleted by those users.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

5. Live Video Chat & Live Broadcasts

The Service includes a 1:1 random video chat and live broadcasting features. Real-time audio and video are routed through our LiveKit infrastructure. We do not record or store these streams. By participating you acknowledge that other users may attempt to record streams in violation of these Terms; you should never broadcast anything you would not want to be public. Recording other users without consent is prohibited and may also be a criminal offence under your local law.

6. Embedded Third-Party Content (Live page)

On the /live pages we embed live broadcast rooms from chaturbate.com via iframe. We participate in Chaturbate's affiliate program and may earn a commission when users sign up or interact through these embeds. The embedded rooms, their content and their availability are controlled solely by Chaturbate (Multi Media LLC) and are subject to Chaturbate's own terms and privacy policy. We do not host this content and accept no responsibility for it. Use of an ad-blocker may prevent the embeds from loading.

7. Content Moderation and Takedowns

We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to review, remove or restrict access to any User Content that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or applicable law. To report illegal content or violations of these Terms, please contact support@oncamchat.com. We aim to act on valid reports without undue delay in accordance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065).

8. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes through a standard web browser. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the Service's source code or assets except as expressly permitted;
    2. use the Service or any data obtained from it for any commercial purpose, dataset construction, or AI/ML training without our prior written consent;
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained in the Service, except to the extent allowed by mandatory law;
    4. remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notations;
    5. transfer the Service or its components to another person or "mirror" them on any other server.
  2. This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time with or without cause.

9. Disclaimer

  1. The Service and all materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, and disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or that the Service will be free of bugs or errors.
  2. We do not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of any materials on the Service or otherwise relating to such materials or to any sites linked to the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall onCamChat.com, Anatoli Reznik or our suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Statutory liability for intent and gross negligence, for personal injury, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Service may include technical, typographical or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials at any time without notice. We do not, however, commit to update the materials.

12. External Links

The Service may link to external websites that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your settings; certain residual data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate operational reasons (see Privacy Policy).

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; the "effective" date below indicates when it last changed. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. By continuing to use the Service after a change becomes effective you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law is the registered office of the controller in Germany.
